ReadVerdict collects only the information needed to operate the publication and evaluate submissions.

Information collected

Submission records may include contact details, book metadata, manuscripts, covers, disclosures, and editorial correspondence. Staff accounts include identity, role, authentication records, and audit history.

Use and retention

Information is used for editorial consideration, assignment, fact checking, communication, security, and publication administration. Private manuscripts are not published. Retention and deletion requests are evaluated against active editorial, legal, and security obligations.

Analytics

The architecture supports privacy-respectful aggregate analytics for page views, referrals, search, submissions, and outbound links. Invasive cross-site advertising profiles are not part of the product design.
